Delivery Policy:

WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd will provide digital marketing services to the client, including but not limited to Website Designing, Google & Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Ecommerce Solutions, Branding, and strategic business consulting. These services will be provided on one time or monthly basis, with progress reports and team calls scheduled regularly.

Compensation:

The client will pay a monthly retainer fee in Advertising services, due on the first day of each thirty-day period. WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd will receive a commission based on the Advertising budget managed, as displayed in the Google ads. The client cannot hold monthly fees even if the campaign is paused or live before the end of the contract. 

Same applies in the case of SEO projects where WebGenetik Technologies gets paid on the basis of work done in the following or previous month. The client cannot hold service/monthly fees even if the SEO results changed due to algorithm change, client’s website hacked or deleted, or any other technical reason before the end of the contract. 

The client may cancel the service agreement with a written notice of fifteen business days, and they will not be charged for this notice period.

Refund Policy:

WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd does not guarantee any specific level of performance or results, and it does not provide refunds for services rendered.

Cancellation of Service:

The client may cancel the service agreement by providing fifteen business days’ notice, and they will not be charged for this notice period. WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, and services will continue until the end of the thirty-day period.

Liability Waiver:

The client waives the right to hold WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd responsible for any damage and/or liability that may arise from its actions on behalf of the client.

Service Interruption:

WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by an occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to laws, proclamations, ordinances, regulations, or platform service interruptions. In the event of a service interruption, either party may terminate the agreement upon ten days’ written notice.

Suspension of Ad Accounts:

If Google or Facebook terminates the client’s advertising account, WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible, and the client agrees to hold WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd harmless in the event of the client’s ad account being terminated. The client agrees to attempt to reactivate the account or set up a new advertising account to allow WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd to continue its work under this agreement, and WebGenetik Technologies Pvt Ltd agrees to cooperate and assist to the best of its ability.
